DD & Crisis Network Services

Care Hawaii, Inc. provides an array of individualized services for the Developmental Disability population- including both youth and adult persons with MR and/or developmental disabilities. Participants who qualify for services within the Department of Health-Developmental Disabilities Division (DOH-DDD) have access to: Personal Assistance Habilitation (PAB I, II, III), Habilitation Supported Employment (HABSE) Training and Consultation (FBA and PBS), Emergency Crisis Shelter, the 24-Hour Crisis Hotline (available statewide), Crisis Mobile Outreach and our ResHab 3 Behavioral Homes. For additional information, please refer to links below, or feel free to contact us via email or phone.
What set's our agency apart is that we are able to provide identical services to both Medicaid Waiver and non-Medicaid Waiver participants. The only requirement is that the individual qualifies for services with the Developmental Disabilities Division (DDD) and must have a Case Manager within the DOH-DDD.
Additionally, we provide FREE statewide CNS (Crisis Network Services) trainings to the Developmental Disabilities Community at large- based on the needs and requests of the community. For more information regarding upcoming trainings, or suggestions, please call 791-6091.

CNS: Our CNS Department provides various services for non-Medicaid Waiver participants. CARE Hawaii, Inc. has contracted with the State of Hawaii's Department of Health in order to provide all services that are offered to Medicaid clients to those who don't qualify for this program.
