About us: The DD/MR department provides services for DD/MR participants who are eligible for Medicaid Waiver funding as well as participants who do not qualify for Medicaid Waiver through our Crisis Network Services department. The following services are offered through CARE Hawaii, Inc:
- Residential Habilitation (Levels 3 and 4)

- Crisis Shelter
- Crisis Mobile Outreach
- *Skilled Nursing - RN
- *Skilled Nursing - LPN
- *Registered Dietician
- Training & Consultation
- Functional Behavioral Assessment (FBA)
- Positive Behavioral Support Plan (PBSP)
- Personal Assistance Habilitation (PAB)
- Habilitation Supported Employment (HABSE)
